As spring sports start up, the Varsity Boys Lacrosse team is very confident and excited to begin their season. Throughout pre-season, it has become very prominent how close the bond and chemistry is within the team. It is very exciting looking forward to the many future games and to see how this team will perform.
“We have a good group of guys, good chemistry. And that will build throughout the season…” said senior captain, Colin Callahan.
We continue to hear many great things about the blooming season as well as athletes who are new to the sport. Senior, Xavier Canfin is one of the many new joiners to the team yet he is succeeding greatly. It should be very fun and interesting to see how he and the rest of his team performs this season.
“I’m liking lacrosse season, it’s a new sport for me but I’m enjoying the team and I really like the coach. I have always liked watching the sport so I love playing it too.” said Canfin.
Overall, the team is doing great so far through their training. Success and improvement is already being spotted in their future. The boys have a very successful and exciting season in their near future.
