The IHS Golf Team kicked off their season a couple of weeks ago.
The team is composed of sixteen students, and is coached by Irvington Middle School PE teacher, Ms. Becker.
They have played two league matches and one non league match. They have done very well this season so far.
Senior Wyatt McInerney says “it’s fun having a lot of people on the team this year. It has been cool to see the team expanding and to see so many kids at practices and at matches.” The team is led by senior captain Abby Vincent, and they are looking forward to a successful season.
