Don’t Be an Impasta, Look Under the Pizza!

Today, to celebrate National Pasta Day, all four Fortina locations served up an exclusive pizza, entitled “The Pizza Impasta.” The pie is constructed with freshly made tomato sauce, ziti pasta, and a homemade whipped ricotta mixture. It was available today only, but if you happen to find yourself at Fortina, tell them “Ben sent ya,” and maybe they’ll make it for you.
