The forecast is predicting a few inches of snow this upcoming Monday, and superintendent Dr. Harrison addressed the situation of whether the district will continue to have snow days in a recent email to the district.
Dr. Harrison wrote, “If we were to have a storm that would warrant a closure, my intention would be to have a snow day. If a situation arises where a delay or early dismissal could occur, there is a possibility that, for your safety and convenience, we could shift to a remote day.”
However, if Monday is a snow day, the administration is considering making Wednesday an in-person day instead of a flex day.
Though there is a lot of uncertainty regarding a school closure, Dr. Harrison requests that, “we all be prepared to be flexible.”
