Disney+ Adds ‘Kenobi’ to its Star Wars Series Slate

Recently Disney+ announced a new show that brought a lot of excitement to the Star Wars community — Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The series will feature Ewan McGregor reprising his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Star Wars prequel trilogy. It will take place 10 years after Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith.

On December 10, 2020, it was announced that Hayden Christensen would be reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in the series.

Many fans love the casting and are excited to see these characters again after the events of Episode III. Hopes are high for the series after the success of the first live action Star Wars series on Disney+, The Mandalorian.
