The Irvington girls varsity basketball team beat Dobbs Ferry but lost to Croton the week of February 6th.
They first took on Dobbs Ferry on Thursday the 9th. The team had balanced scoring which was led by Amanda Raimondo with 15 points, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Alyson Raimondo contributed 9 more points while both Anders Knapp and Kayla Clinton scored 8. The team was able to win with a final score of 54-29.
Two days later on Saturday, February 11, the team played against Croton. In this game, Aly Raimondo led the team, scoring 15 points on the court. Unfortunately, Croton claimed victory with a final score of 44-35.
