The iPhone 14 came out this fall. Every time a new iPhone is released, people often wonder what is really different between the new iPhones and their latest model. I am here to tell you whether or not you should upgrade to an iPhone 14.
The discussion of which iPhone model to buy boils down to one major thing: the price. The iPhone 14 costs a whopping $799, while the 13 costs $699. That’s a $100 dollar price increase. The iPhone 14 does have some things to offer though. For instance, it has the longest battery life of any iPhone, and better low-light photography. Sure, better battery life can be convenient, but is that worth an extra $100?
Also, the iPhone 13 is still a great option, even if it’s getting older. The technological differences between the iPhone 13 and 14 are very minor. If you are upgrading from an 11 or 12, just get a 13. It’s more affordable and you probably won’t be able to tell the difference.
I’ll leave you with this: I think there will be a time to buy and iPhone 14, and that’s when the iPhone 15 inevitably comes out in a year or two.
