The Los Angeles Rams played against the Buffalo Bills for the NFL season kickoff game on September 8, 2022, where there was of course a halftime show in which Ozzy Osbourne was the performer.
Osbourne sang 2 songs from his new album, which was a very good opportunity to bring it to life and to advertise them; however, things didn’t go as planned, and it didn’t really fulfill what it was supposed to.
10 seconds into his performance that was initially introduced late, the cameras were cut and everyone watching on television was brought a completely different program. This resulted in only a fraction of his new song being live streamed, and an extremely under appreciated live performance, as the only people able to watch it were those watching the game in person.
Many were very upset after Osbourne’s performance was cut short, especially after they found out he performed the song “Patient Number 9” from his newest album, and “Crazy Train” which is a known and loved song by lots of people. Fans went wild on twitter as a result, and it was a major let down.
Ozzy Osbourne’s halftime show was overall a very unfortunate event for many people. This is the second time in 3 years that he was even well enough to perform live due to health problems, therefore, it did not take advantage of his current wellness, and wasn’t exactly the celebration of his recovery and good health that he deserved.
