On April 8, 2022, Yung Toni (aka junior Anton Dedvukaj) debuted his much anticipated third album ANTON, a hip hop album that included multiple features.
The record includes 10 brilliantly produced tracks that showed off Yung Toni’s lyrical prowess as well as his flow. Tracks feature local artists such as DJ Benny Beats, G-Money, Will Leitner, Dylan Wells and even science teacher and rock guitarist Mr. Whitehead.
My personal favorite was “no debate”, which had a very nice bassline that was beautifully complemented by a snare that really made the track move.
The production of the album was overall very good and all tracks were mixed excellently. The song “chicken nuggets” is another track that really made me take a pause for how simply magnificent it was. The flow and the lyricism were simply amazing.
Yung Toni came back from hiatus for his third album and surpassed all expectations. All that’s left to do now is sit and wait for the fourth installation of his already unmatched discography.
