Spring Season Off to Strong Start for Bulldogs

The start of the spring season excites each team as they enter their last sports season of the year. 

Spring track competed in their first meet against Hastings on March 20th where the team beat both Dobbs Ferry and Hastings. Boys and girls track prepares to compete in another meet at home on Monday.

Recently, the girls lacrosse team fell short in their game against Sleepy Hollow. Despite this loss, during this past week’s game, Irvington had a win over Ardsley with a final score of 14-1. Lacrosse will have another game, this Friday before break against White Plains.

Boys lacrosse started off their season against Pearl River, which resulted in a loss. However, the lacrosse team recently had their first win of the season on March 30th. Irvington competed in a close game against Sleepy Hollow, resulting in a final score of 8-7.

The baseball team also started off their season with a loss, however, on March 30th, the team had a win over Early College with a final score of 8-4. Baseball prepares for their next game on April 13th against Albertus Magnus.

Softball had their first game and win of the season against Blind Brook on March 29th with a final score of 18-6. The team prepares for their upcoming games in order to continue with their success.
