The world is moving towards healthy breakfasts. While even seemingly non “sugar filled” cereal still has unfathomable amounts of added sugar, this is a breakfast that is both healthy and delicious. After eating it you will feel content to start your day. This has been a favorite breakfast of mine all my life and I wanted to share it with the community.
Ingredients:
1 cup Siggi’s brand vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh, firm blueberries and/or strawberries
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of slivered almonds or granola
Instructions:
Add the yogurt to the bowl, then the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy! I recommended this dish with hot cup of coffee.
