On November 21st, Kanye West was hospitalized at the Los Angeles’s Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. West was at his personal trainer’s house just before getting admitted to the hospital and was reported as having a mental breakdown. West was also suffering from exhaustion and sleep deprivation, which led to the cancellation of the rest of his Saint Pablo tour.

West is going through a stressful time with his constant touring, his clothing and sneaker line and the anniversary of his mother’s death, Donda West. These factors could be adding to his unstable mental state and could potentially be the reasons for his abrupt actions and hospitalization, say some entertainment news reports.

According to TMZ, West has been acting up and is struggling with paranoia. Billboard magazine reported that Kim Kardashian said, “Kanye is on many different medications and that his doctors are figuring proper doses.” Kim told Billboard that not much has changed since he was admitted and that his doctors seem concerned.

Many Kanye West fans are devastated about the cancellation of the Saint Pablo tour. Gianna Mountroukas, a committed Kanye West fan, said, “It’s an outrage. Now I can’t see my idol in concert.” Witnesses said that Gianna cried all night about West’s news.

West performed 40 shows within 86 days on his tour before going to the hospital. He visited 30 cities within three months and always performed for all his fans. In his most recent concert in Sacramento, West arrived late for his concert, only sang two songs and talked about politics, the media and Beyonce and Jay-Z for the rest of his concert.

He talked about how we, the people, can’t believe in Hillary Clinton and we were lied to by Google and Mark Zukerberg. Kim Kardashian reportedly claimed he didn’t vote in this year election, but that he supports Donald Trump.

Dr. Jody M. Rawles, a psychiatrist that never treated West, told Billboard that, “Physical exhaustion and sleep deprivation can lead to erratic, psychotic and paranoid thinking and many performers and other professionals — and our society in general — don’t get enough sleep.”

Limited information was given to the public about Kanye West when he was in the hospital. He was supported by his family, friends and fans via social media. On November 30th West was released from the hospital and currently is home with his wife, Kim Kardashian.
